The simulation is based on web tools and features analog artifacts that focus on living experience among participants. Through a case and collateral participants receive instructions on simulation and complementary materials in order to mount an intervention proposal. The tool simulates a real situation of implementation of change management solution.
The simulation uses a mobile platform app packed with top tier technological resources. The app simulates an organizational environment where decisions are processed and its results are available in real time. The utilization of mobile technologies allow for a more experiential and more dynamic learning.
